Privacy & your registration

Updated October 20, 2026.

What this website collects

When you register interest, StrikeHarbor stores your email address, optional name, preferred broker, membership interest, consent version, and submission time. The hosting service processes technical request information needed to run the website. No brokerage credentials, account balances, or trading permissions are requested. Subscription payment details, when checkout is enabled, are entered on Stripe.

Why it is collected

Early-access details are used to manage product interest and potential invitations. Joining the list does not create a login, brokerage account, or paid membership. Member identity verification and recovery emails are sent through Clerk when member registration is enabled. Early-access marketing emails are not currently automated. Your information is not offered for sale by this project.

Member accounts and authentication

When you create a member account, Clerk processes your email address, credentials, verification details, sessions, and associated security information under its terms and privacy policy. StrikeHarbor uses your verified Clerk identity to authorize access and display your name and email. Passwords are not stored in StrikeHarbor's application database. Authentication cookies and browser state are needed for sign-in; sessions end when you sign out or expire.

Your private workspace

The member workspace saves your broker preference, strategy focus, research experience, optional update preference, website-terms acceptance version, research bookmark notes and assumptions, and timestamps in Cloudflare D1. We record workspace actions such as preference changes, bookmark changes, and data exports. These preferences are not a suitability assessment. Do not put account numbers, tax identifiers, credentials, or detailed personal financial information in notes. The site does not automatically combine an early-access registration with a member account.

Member controls and removal

Use Account & security to manage your identity and sessions, and the workspace export action to download your application records. Deleting your identity through Clerk sends a signed deletion event to StrikeHarbor, which cancels remaining Stripe subscriptions, expires open checkouts, and deletes your associated active profile, research bookmarks, and workspace activity. A cleanup failure is retried; the deleted identity cannot sign in. If delivery is delayed, Clerk retries the event; session authorization still checks whether your identity and session remain active. Provider backups and security logs follow their own retention schedules. The early-access list remains a separate record removable with its private removal code.

Subscription billing

Stripe processes subscription payments, payment methods, invoices, and billing contact details under its privacy policy. StrikeHarbor stores your member identifier, dedicated Stripe customer and subscription references, plan, billing interval, amount, subscription status, renewal-period end, accepted terms version, and checkout references. Card numbers and card security codes are not stored in the StrikeHarbor database. Signed billing events are processed to keep membership access current; processed event identifiers are retained for up to 90 days. Minimal billing references and a deletion marker may be retained after account deletion to prevent further charges and reconcile financial records. Stripe may retain invoices and transaction records under its retention requirements.

Where it is processed

Registration data is stored in the website's hosted Cloudflare D1 database. The website uses hosting infrastructure provided through Sites and Cloudflare. Their services may process request logs and infrastructure metadata under their own terms. The site itself does not install advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

Your trade files stay in your browser

The CSV analysis tool reads files on your device. This implementation does not upload or retain their contents on the server. Refreshing or leaving the page clears imported analysis. CSV exports are generated in your browser.

Local storage & removal codes

After a new registration, the site shows a random private removal code and attempts to save that code in your browser's local storage. Only a hash of the code is stored on the server. Keep a private copy so you can delete your registration from another device. The code permits deletion only; it cannot retrieve your email or registration details. Re-registering an existing email will not replace its original code.

Retention & removal

Registration data is kept while it serves the early-access list, unless you remove it using the form below. The form is prefilled if this browser retained your code. A lost code cannot be recovered through this prelaunch website; retain your copy. Removal deletes the active database record; hosting backups and technical logs may follow the provider's separate retention schedule. Short-lived hashed request identifiers used for rate limiting expire after two hours and are cleared on subsequent registration requests.

Remove your early-access registration

Use your private removal code. This action deletes the associated registration and cannot be undone. No email is sent.
